What is your return policy?

What is your warranty?

We hold a 1 year warranty on all scooters and will replace parts as needed.

What if my Scuuter is defective?

After we try to troubleshoot your issues we will start an exchange on the Scuuter providing a return shipping label and sending out a new one once it returns.

I only received 1 of the items I ordered

If you ordered a scooter and extra part they will be shipped separately please check your email for another tracking number.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship out of our warehouse within 1-2 days.

Is it easy to put together?

Yes, out of the box just attach the front wheel with a few simple screws, unfold, charge and your ready to ride.

Is the battery replaceable?

Yes to remove the battery just pull the folding switched all the way down then pull the seat all the way up grab the ring on the frame and pull up with a little force the battery will come right out.

What do I do if my Scuuter will not power on?

The scooters battery may have gone to "sleep" make sure it charges all the way until the brick on the charging cord is green and that will "wake up" the battery and the scooter will turn on.

Is there any assembly?

Very little once you it out of the box there will be a lever behind the front wheel you will need to pull that down and lift the frame up, then simply pull the handle bars up and they will lock in place.

Will the tires need to be replaced frequently?

No, the tires will be able to last 200-300 miles depending on road conditions. Poor road conditions will reduce the life of the tires.

Is there any assembly required for the Uber Scuuter Lite GT?

Very little once you it out of the box there will be a lever behind the front wheel you will need to pull that down and lift the frame up, then simply pull the handle bars up and they will lock in place.

Is there any assembly required for the Uber Scuuter Kick?

Yes, once you unbox the scooter you will need to unfold the scooter with a simple switch, plug the handle bars into the scooter at the top attach them to the scooter and screw in 4 simple screws, charge and your ready to ride.

Does the Uber Scuuter Kick need a kickstart?

Yes the Kick Scuuter does need to be moving for the motor switch to start providing power, just ride it like a regular scooter give it one push and the motor will activate once you press down.
